Step 6

Create 2 new frames by clicking the new frame button twice.

Step 7

Now click frame 1 to select it. Hide all of the light layers except the red lights.

Step 8

Do the same for frame 2 except this time hide all layers except the green lights. Do the same for frame 3 with blue lights.

Step 9

Now we'll set the duration of each frame. I'm going to use .2 seconds on each frame.

Step 10

Go to file>save optimized and save the file. You should now have something like this:
